Happy 2010!

2009 was the "Year of the Bible" at Frankfort Church.

But now it is 2010, and while I don't intend on giving up on reading the Bible, of course, I do intend for this to be my last blog posting, at least on this particular topic. 

So I tip my hat to those who have conquered the task of reading the Bible from cover to cover in 365 days, give or take a month or two for some!  It was a monumental task, well worth the struggle.  I hope you agree. 

If you haven't finished it up yet, I HIGHLY encourage you to keep going.  The point is not to get it all read in a year (though it is a good goal); the point is to get through it, COVER to COVER.  

So, be of good courage and take heart, for it is a worthy quest that you are on, or perhaps embarking upon again.  May you read, learn, and grow in knowledge about God as well as get to know God a little better.
